We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and delivery of complex structural projects across commercial, industrial, and/or infrastructure environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver safe, efficient, and code-compliant structural solutions.
What You'll Do:
Lead product design, testing & evaluation of structural solutions
Prepare technical documents, drawings, and product details
Drive innovation with product designs that set new industry benchmarks
Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and contractors
Collaborate cross-functionally on testing, training materials, and case studies
What Were Looking For:
Licensed Professional Engineer with 5+ years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of steel & concrete design + residential/commercial construction
Experience with AutoCAD/Inventor or similar modeling software
Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
Ability to present technical content with clarity and impact
