We’re seeking a Structural Engineer who enjoys tackling concrete and steel design challenges while supporting projects from analysis through field execution. This role blends technical design work with quality-minded review and real-world coordination to ensure structures are safe, buildable, and code-compliant. It’s a great opportunity for someone who takes ownership of their work and values strong collaboration across engineering and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design for concrete, precast, and structural steel systems using tools such as RISA, SP-SLAB, and SP-Column.
- Develop engineering calculations and design packages aligned with ACI requirements and project standards.
- Support quality control reviews of drawings, details, and deliverables to maintain accuracy and constructability.
- Participate in field support activities including site visits, coordination meetings, and inspection follow-ups as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve design questions and keep projects moving forward.
Key Qualifications
- Experience using structural analysis and design software including RISA, SP-SLAB, and SP-Column.
- Strong background in concrete and precast structural systems.
- Working knowledge of ACI design standards and structural engineering best practices.
- Experience with structural steel design concepts and detailing coordination.
- Ability to support QC review processes and deliver well-organized documentation.
- Comfortable supporting field-related coordination and inspection activities.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent technical problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator and team-oriented mindset.
