Whats On Your Plate

• Understand end goals aligned with talabats 3PL vision and formulate plans to meet those goals. Define Objectives and Key Results. Ensure cross-functional agreement and alignment on them. Complete those plans and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead operational excellence across processes and systems improving on existing and building new processes.
• Design solutions that scale workflows and programs.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively remove obstacles and handle critical issues.
• Lead collaboration effort between 3PL team and other departments on cross-functional projects and workstreams.

• Excellent command of English and fluency in Arabic would be a bonus.
• Excellent in identifying process gaps and measuring progress.

• Masters degree in engineering or business.
