Position Summary:
The Senior Service Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering complex service-related projects within time, budget, and quality standards. This role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance, retrofit, upgrade, and repair projects across customer sites, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of service projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.
- Manage project scopes, deliverables, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, contract requirements, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and financial tracking.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues that arise.
- Mentor junior project managers and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams including service technicians, engineering, procurement, and finance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience in service, construction, or facilities industries.
- Proven experience managing multiple service projects with technical complexity.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, ServiceMax).
- PMP certification or equivalent .
- Travel Expectation: Approximately 75%
