Sr. Project Manager – Specialty Interiors

Join a leading subcontractor specializing in premium finishes and ceiling systems. Recognized for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to exact specifications, the company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout. Typical project values range from $300K to $6M.
In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of installation activities while ensuring compliance with company standards, contract requirements, and client expectations. Beyond managing your own projects, you'll also play a key role in leading and mentoring the project management team, fostering professional growth and consistency across the group.
The Senior Project Manager will also be instrumental in cultivating strong client and vendor relationships while supporting ongoing business development efforts.
Sr. Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
- Manage contracts, purchase orders, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
- Coordinate with estimators, field staff, subcontractors, and project assistants.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, safety, and quality through site visits and reports.
- Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.
- Prepare project updates, financial reports, and closeout documentation.
Sr. Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management or supervisory experience in construction.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and financial reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with On-Screen Takeoff a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field .

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 (DOE) + Profit Sharing
