Sr Project Engineer - Environmental, Remediation, Groundwater

This role involves leading environmental engineering projects focused on remediation and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and environmental science to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead environmental projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines and budgets.

Conduct site assessments and oversee remediation activities, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Develop project plans, schedules, and reports in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Implement cost control measures and monitor project expenses.

Perform field sampling and analyze groundwater, soil, and other environmental media.

Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and project staff.

Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors.

Manage traffic and erosion control measures on project sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering or related field.

At least 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in environmental projects.

Knowledge of remediation techniques and HAZWOPER regulations.

Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects.

Experience with budgeting and cost control for environmental projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

: Knowledge of geology, water resources, groundwater management, and field sampling techniques.
