Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Architect with a passion for commercial design, proven experience in managing complex projects, and expert-level proficiency in Revit. This is a key leadership role that blends design integrity, documentation precision, and coordination excellence.

The position will lead a variety of commercial projects—multifamily, corporate offices, country clubs, amenity decks, hospitality venues, and more—from schematic design through construction administration, working collaboratively with our integrated architecture and interior design teams.

This is a full-time on-site role located in West Palm Beach, FL.

The Sr. Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and project teams. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and submittals, as well as utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and ensuring adherence to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of architectural experience in commercial/multifamily/hospitality projects.
• Expert-level Revit skills – modeling, detailing, coordination, and documentation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Architectural license (or in process).
• Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale, deadline-driven projects.
• Excellent communication, technical coordination, and leadership abilities.
• Passion for design excellence and delivering best-in-class built environments
