Role Summary
\n
Senior Technical Project Manager responsible for leading complex Mobile/WiFi security and technology programs from planning through delivery. Partners with Engineering, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Operations, Product, and Business teams to ensure secure, compliant, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Lead end-to-end Mobile/WiFi security and technology programs.
- Translate technical and cybersecurity requirements into project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, security/compliance requirements, and change control.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and product teams.
- Incorporate security activities such as threat modeling, testing, and vulnerability remediation into program plans.
- Provide executive-level status reports, dashboards, and risk updates.
- Drive governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery improvements.

Required Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of technical project/program management experience, including 3+ years in telecom, wireless, networking, or related industries.
- Experience managing complex, multi-team technical programs and integrations.
- Strong understanding of wireless/Mobile/WiFi architecture, networking, and security concepts.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity controls including IAM, encryption, network security, and vulnerability management.
- Strong risk, dependency, stakeholder, and communication skills.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

- Mobile/WiFi or wireless network deployment experience.
- Experience with cybersecurity, risk, or compliance teams.
- Knowledge of NIST/ISO 27001.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, CISSP, CISM, or similar certification.
