Job Summary: A leading global pharmaceutical manufacutring client of ours is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead facility expansion and infrastructure projects. This role focuses on the design and planning of mechanical and utility systems that support new construction and modernization efforts across a growing manufacturing and distribution network.
Job Duties:

  • Lead the design and development of mechanical and process utility systems for new and existing facilities
  • Oversee HVAC, cleanroom, and building system design to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance
  • Provide technical direction throughout design, construction, and commissioning phases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, controls, and project management
  • Support capacity and efficiency improvements while maintaining GMP and regulatory standards


Qualifications:

  • 12–15 years of mechanical engineering experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or large-scale industrial environments
  • Strong expertise in HVAC, process utilities, cleanroom design, and building systems
  • Proven track record of design leadership for new construction and renovation projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (PE license )
  • Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and ISO standards, as well as facility commissioning processes
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
