Drive automation and controls for industrial equipment production at a leading manufacturer. Seeking strong PLC/Robotics and Industrial Automation experience.

• Anticipate: $105,000 - $135,000 (flexible for top talent) + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Program PLCs and integrate robotics/controls systems.
• Design electrical schematics and troubleshoot automation issues.
• Lead automation projects and train production staff.
• Optimize processes for cost and efficiency.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical/Controls)
• 10+ years manufacturing engineering; PLC/robotics expertise.
• Working Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma principles
• Experience with electrical schematics
• Industrial automation experience required.
