Create and maintain a comprehensive talent management framework including performance management, employee development, succession planning, and career pathways.Develop and implement competency frameworks and integrate them into people processes and organizational practices.Lead talent reviews, assessment centers, high-potential identification, and succession planning initiatives.Setting up and managing performance management systems (PMS)Conducting training and development programsWork with business leaders and managers to coach, train, and for their career development opportunities as wellPreparing and reporting on HR metrics to the management teamOverseeing HR projects and initiativesMaintaining knowledge of trends and best practices in the Human Resources fieldThe Successful ApplicantA successful Sr. Manager - Talent Management and PMS should have:5-8 years of overall experience in Talent Management CoE onlyOpen to Mumbai as a location and 5 days work from officeTier 1 and 2 (AAA+) colleges onlyShould be comfortable working with ambiguity, as well as to design, and execute strategies from the scratchCandidate should come with experience dealing with FMCG or Consumer Durables industry
