The role you'll play

As Sr Manager, Revenue Operations Project Management, you'll lead a team that turns big goals into real outcomes. Guiding a portfolio of strategic initiatives across our Go-To-Market teams, you'll bring order to complexity, unlock alignment, and ensure the right projects get the right attention. You'll be a steady hand through scale and change, championing operational clarity while driving cross-functional progress that fuels growth.

  • Lead and inspire a team of 4+ Project Managers, fostering a culture of clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Own our full project portfolio across Revenue Acceleration, from intake to execution, ensuring teams are focused on what matters most
  • Take the reins on high-priority, complex initiatives—guiding executive-level projects from planning to measurable outcomes
  • Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, and Systems to align strategy, surface risks, and accelerate execution
  • Build scalable project delivery processes that increase consistency, clarity, and cross-functional trust
  • Create workflows and frameworks that balance structure with speed in a fast-moving environment
  • Define and evolve our operational standards, from project intake through delivery and reporting
  • Tell the story of impact—owning KPIs, executive updates, and the metrics that showcase our momentum

Experience you bring

  • 7+ years of experience leading strategic programs or projects within Revenue Operations, Enablement, or GTM strategy
  • 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams, with a clear focus on development and accountability
  • Track record of overseeing a dynamic project portfolio (15–25 projects at once), with frameworks that keep teams aligned and empowered
  • Deep familiarity with B2B SaaS and sales-led environments; you understand what it takes to scale recurring revenue
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complexity for VP+ stakeholders and turn updates into action
  • Skilled at navigating sales systems like Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and LeanData, with a strategic view of platform capabilities
  • Confident in your ability to adapt delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) based on business needs
  • Clear bias for outcomes—you bring a structured, collaborative, and flexible approach to driving progress

Pay transparency

At Playlist, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer competitive pay designed to attract, inspire, and retain top talent, built around fairness, transparency, and your individual impact.

For this role, the base salary in the United States is $122,000 - $145,000. Total compensation may also include benefits and additional performance-driven incentives.
