Southern MEP Inc is looking for an Industrial HVAC Lead Technician with the following experience,

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled in-depth preventative maintenance and service/repair of HVAC mechanical systems and sub-systems.
• Daily Maintenance on industrial HVAC systems within facility.
• Lead team of 6 technicians.
• Ensures team has clear expectations for day-to-day activities.
• Provides added technical support and experience to other technicians during complex diagnostics, system startups, and repairs.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 5 years prior experience as an Industrial HVAC Lead Technician.
• 5 years prior experience leading team.
• Read Blueprints and BIM Coordination drawings.
• OSHA 30 certificate
• EPA Universal Certificate
• Adhere to Safety Rules.
