Location: Bartlett, Illinois (Relocation assistance for the right candidate)

Compensation: $130,000–$180,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

Schedule: In-office, Monday–Friday

Our client is expanding and looking for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer eager to lead complex projects, collaborate directly with clients, and make an immediate impact. What You’ll Lead

• Ownership of geotechnical engineering reports and recommendations

• Full project lifecycle management, from proposal to final delivery

• Interpretation of field and lab data for diverse civil, commercial, and infrastructure projects

• Technical support during drilling, sampling, construction, and investigations

• Proposal development, scope creation, and cost estimating

• Direct client communication and relationship-building

• Oversight of field investigations and drilling operations

• Mentorship of junior engineers and field technicians

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Civil, Geotechnical, or related Engineering discipline

• Professional Engineer (PE) license - Illinois (open to any state)

• 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Subsurface investigation and drilling experience

• Ability to balance multiple priorities with confidence
