Sr Exec, IT Infrastructure EngineerA leading digital marketing agency is looking for a Senior Executive, Infrastructure Engineer!Your new company You will be joining a leading digital marketing agency that provides innovative solutions to clients across various industries.Your new role Responsible for managing the IT infrastructure of the company, which consists of providing support to hardware, servers, network, and telephony systems.Troubleshoot and provide 1st level support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, servers, network, firewall, backup, telephony systems, including software such as application utility/productivity tools for the company.Perform system patches and upgrade as needed for the different hardware and software, including servers’ operating systems (OS) and tools.Manage incoming tickets and ensure they are prioritized, assigned, tracked, and completed according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) and KPI.What you'll need to succeed A degree or equivalent experience in IT-related field3+ years of IT infrastructure support experienceHardware, software, network, and telephony systems expertiseCommunication, problem-solving, and customer service skillsWhat you'll get in return A chance to work with a talented and passionate teamA learning opportunity to explore new technologies and skillsA supportive and inclusive work culture that values diversity, innovation, and collaboration
