Proman Staffing is supporting our international automotive aftermarket client in their search for a highly driven and meticulous Senior Engineering Project Manager to join their Grand Prairie, TX office.

This critical role leads the charge in ensuring successful product launches—from initial concept through production ramp-up. You’ll be the central point of coordination, managing schedules, design activities, and build efforts to meet OEM customer needs, while consistently exceeding expectations and delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 3–5+ OEM projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing teams to achieve project goals
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
• Oversee PPAP documentation and product validation for OEM customers
• Provide technical guidance, optimize BOM and cost targets, and support cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 7–10+ years of experience managing OEM-style product development programs
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks )
• Strong knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, DRBFM, and root cause analysis
• Understanding of automotive engine compartments and product testing procedures
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
