Responsibilities
Provide technical advice and account information to underwriters for risk assessment and analysis of oil & gas and renewable energy accounts.
Conduct physical visits and virtual surveys of oil & gas and renewable energy operations.
Complete risk assessment surveys at client locations and jobsites to identify hazards and risk factors, and consult with customers to prevent and mitigate losses.
Write detailed risk evaluation reports, addressing safety culture, risk management controls, and providing recommendations.
Build relationships with internal teams, brokers, agents, and customers to support risk management and renewal processes.
Serve as a technical resource on oil & gas and renewable energy operations, including research and industry participation.
Work with customers to control hazards and reduce losses.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and safety practices.
Analyze loss trends and identify opportunities for risk control products/services.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and manage time efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent ; knowledge of the energy sector is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience with oil & gas and renewable energy sectors, including wind, solar, geothermal, biofuel, and battery storage.
Strong communication, analytical, and marketing skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to create complex documents and spreadsheets.
Willingness to travel at least 40% of the time, including overnight trips.

Benefits
Salary Range: $130,000 – $165,000
Eligible for annual discretionary bonus.
