Sr. Electrical/Electronics Engineer

TMB, Inc is seeking candidates for a Sr. Electrical/Electronics Engineer to support NAVSEA Acquisition Program Office Engineering Support Services requirements. This position is contingent upon the award of the PMS 406 contract.
Responsibilities
- Develop maintenance and testing procedures for electric and electronic components and equipment.
- Evaluate systems and recommend design modifications or equipment repair.
- Inspect electric and electronic equipment, instruments, and systems to make sure they meet safety standards and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Professional experience in electrical/electronic design. Preferably for Navy shipbuilding and defense systems.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional Engineer License is a plus.
- Must be a United States .
- Must possess an active DOD Top Secret security clearance.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
- Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
