A well established company with a facility in the Auburn Hills, MI area is currently seeking a Direct-Hire Sr. Conveyor Project Engineer for their growing operations. Conveyor Engineer rates are anticipated to be $40 - $55 per hour, plus time and a half Overtime, plus generous annual bonuses. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, 401k and more. Local candidates are .

Qualified Conveyor Project Engineers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

* 5+ years of recent / relevant experience with conveyors and material handling project engineering or project management. * Experience with Automotive Conveyors are required: Power and Free, Pallet, Skillet, Skid, Monorail Systems,...
* Solid engineering skills including performing technical calculations including drive sizing, machine elements, structural elements, etc.
* Must be able to travel up to 15% for customer meetings and site visits.
* A BS in Mechanical Engineering is strongly . Will consider similar degrees.
* Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 or OPT visas, Canadian / TN Visa eligible applicants welcome).
* Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
