We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and drive construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for project planning, execution, and delivery — ensuring quality, budget, and client satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with engineers, architects, and production teams to achieve results that align with company goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation through completion.

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Manage change requests and communicate scope, schedule, and budget impacts.

• Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), budgets, and job packages.

• Conduct site meetings, assist with field measurements, and ensure deliverable approvals.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.

• Review and interpret shop drawings, architectural plans, and structural calculations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree .

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.

• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver successful projects.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and budget control.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
