What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a book of sophisticated commercial accounts across varied industries
- Partner with producers and leadership to deliver proactive, strategic service and risk management
- Oversee renewal cycles, marketing efforts, and client deliverables with precision
- Mentor or support junior team members as we continue to grow
- Help refine and optimize workflows to match our evolving service model as the significant change driven by AI deepens.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in commercial lines account management, with deep knowledge of coverage, carriers, and service best practices
- Systems: EPIC or similar agency management system proficiency
- Mindset: Growth-oriented, collaborative, and eager to shape outcomes, not just follow orders
- Confident yet Humble: Even when you feel as though something has been mastered, recognizing there is always growth opportunity and other’s perspectives will sharpen your saw.
- Backgrounds We Love: Contributors from , regional, and recently acquired agencies, or team leaders from boutique firms, especially those looking for more voice and less bureaucracy.
