Senior Project Manager

A growing civil engineering firm in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong residential land development experience. This direct hire role will lead large-scale site development projectshandling everything from due diligence to final designand will play a key part in building and mentoring a team.

Key Details:

Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite)

Pay Range: $95K$135K (flexible for the right candidate)

Hours: MonFri, 8AM5PM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Overtime: Expected, paid at 1.5x

What You'll Do:

Lead multiple land development projects, including residential site planning

Oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Build and lead a team of junior engineers and designers

What You Need:

BS in Civil Engineering

PE license (required)

7+ years of experience in land development (residential focus)

Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Strong project management and communication skills
