Alabang (96050), Philippines, Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region (Manila)Sr. Associate, Human Resources (HR Business Partnership) Summary: To assist the Principal HR Specialist, may supervise HR Coordinators, manage and ensure day-to-day operations meet standards and achieve goals in the assigned functional area of Human Resources (such as Associate Relations, Benefits, HR Help Center, Payroll, Recruitment, Timekeeping, and Risk). General Responsibilities : Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to: Associate Relations Oversees day to day management of Associate Relations (AR) administration processes Supervises and accounts daily case management included but not limited to AR-related cases, inquiries and notifications Liaises with associates on AR related inquiries and ensures that inquiries are responded timely and logged accurately Prepares AR documentation and AR-related reports for audit, and must be submitted on designated time Analyzes data - case trends, AR-related monitoring, etc End to end handling of AR-related tasks Conducts Learning Session, New Hire Orientation and People Manager Onboarding Serves as an AR partner to other stakeholders Conflict resolution and mediation Benefits Oversees day-to-day management of benefits administration process Conducts first level of review of benefit claims and verifies calculation of insurance premiums for billings purposes Handles escalated benefits concerns of associates, HMO and insurance Assists Principal HR Specialist in preparing reports and completion of year-end processes and procedures Prepares and set-up meetings to help associates obtain information and understand company benefits HR Help Center Oversees day-to-day management of HR Help Center process Supervises and monitors daily case management such as distributing Tier 1 cases; resolves 10% share of Tier 1 cases Identifies and handles escalated Tier 1 cases, flags unresolved cases and ensures Tier 2 cases are turned over to respective HR teams Analyzes cases to identify opportunities for process improvements Ensures team meets productivity metrics in Sales Force and quality assurance requirements and standards in compliance with Local Work Instructions and HR Operations' Official Playbook Liaises with other HR functions and cascades updates Regularly liaises with Benefits, Payroll and Associate Relations for any updates on guidelines and roll outs Organizes and cascades updates to team through accurate documentation and participation in regular meetings Payroll and Timekeeping Reviews and audits calculations and ensures submission within schedule Prepares periodic compliance reports as needed Submits reports to Finance Ensures statutory reports, payments, and documentations are submitted and remitted on or before specified deadline Payroll/Timekeeping administration Ensures set-up of accounts in Global View and Direct Deposit, as well as coordination with external entities for new-hire account, if needed Assists Principal HR Specialist with monthly reconciliation Ensures internal compliance Liaises with associates on payroll related inquiries via Sales Force Recruitment Facilitates end-to-end recruitment process Conducts entry and mid-level candidate interviews Administers job offers Handles requisition management Submits daily applicant processing reports Monitors key performance indicators within sub function Participates in other sourcing strategies such as job fairs and other offsite events Coordinates with internal stakeholders Coordinates with Line of Business leaders to facilitate recruitment intake and calibrate recruitment process Risk Management and Analytics Facilitates reporting of HR-related metrics Creates and submits regular HR Reports Provides meaningful analysis on key HR areas Ensures HR and its associates comply with all applicable internal, legal and regulatory requirements Coordinates with HR work streams in ensuring controls are implemented Provides assistance to Principal HR Risk Specialist in documenting process controls People Management, as applicable Ensures individual and team productivity targets are achieved through periodic reviews and adjustments, as needed Provides individual career development coaching to team, including relay of feedback, support for continuing education training, as well as manifestation of desired competencies, behavior, and values May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions, including but not limited to sub-functions within HR All other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time Basic Qualifications: College graduate or equivalent work experience 3 years working experience in related discipline, with 1 year in supervisory role Skills Required: Associate Relations: Knowledge in Philippine labor laws and regulations, strong case management experience, project management and process improvement Benefits: Knowledge in Philippine government benefits laws and regulations Payroll and Timekeeping: Understanding of payroll legislation and processes (i.e. tax, annualization, general ledger), demonstrated ability in payroll processing, numerical ability and data entry skills; Demonstrated ability in automated timekeeping processing, extensive knowledge and use of computer and spreadsheet program, numerical ability and data entry skills Recruitment: Knowledge and ability to perform end-to-end recruitment process Risk Management and Analytics: Analytical skills, knowledge in Google Suite Tools, process documentation and management, database management All roles: Excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, customer focus Preferred Qualifications: Preferably graduate of Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts or other related course No agencies please.
