Job Title: Senior Asset Integrity Engineer
Location: Houston or Midland, TX (Houston-based candidates will travel to Midland periodically)
Compensation: $60 – $75 per hour, based on experience and education
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Asset Integrity Engineer to ensure the integrity and reliability of pipelines and facilities. This role combines risk assessment, inspection oversight, and technical guidance to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform risk assessments, threat analyses, and fitness-for-service evaluations

Oversee inspection programs with internal and third-party NDT/NDE teams

Analyze inspection, corrosion, and operational data to identify risks and recommend improvements

Support CMMS implementation (Maximo or similar) and ensure corrective actions are completed

Collaborate with engineering and operations to develop mitigation plans and project specifications

Contribute to facility optimization, cost reduction, and reliability improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

10+ years of engineering experience in oil & gas (risk management, corrosion, or pipeline integrity)

Strong knowledge of API, ASME, CCPS, and NACE standards

Proficiency with CMMS software (Maximo )

Root Cause Analysis / Incident Investigation training a plus

Ability to travel up to 50%
