Job Summary:

The Sr. Analyst will be involved in the development and execution of key initiatives across a portfolio, which may include identifying, analyzing and driving strategic growth opportunities and/or optimizing operational processes. This employee will play a key role in reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Unison business activities. We are seeking a creative, passionate, and driven professional to join our team. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-person collaboration 3 days/week in our Washington Park ("Wash Park") offices.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Utilize business tools (e.g., SenseHQ, Bullhorn ATS, Lumary ABA) to create and maintain analytic reports and dashboards to optimize operational processes
  • Partner with growth team, including SVP District Partnerships, to develop and maintain sales dashboard to support strategic growth efforts
  • Partner with recruiting team to enhance candidate application processes and refine use cases of internal systems (i.e., SenseHQ and Bullhorn ATS)
  • Partner with finance and operations leaders, including CFO and COO, to support financial and operation reporting for Unison business lines
  • Conduct market and agency research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and the competitive landscape in the education / Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) field

Product Development & Operations

  • Support with the design, implementation, and enhancement of Unison products and processes
  • Workflow analysis and optimization planning for key systems (e.g., SenseHQ)
  • Training program development, end-user training delivery and documentation of procedures

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Build relationships within the organization and across business units
  • Partner with Unison operating teams to oversee aspects of project implementation
  • Provide strategic guidance and effective change management
  • Direct execution, not just strategic development where required


Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Public Health, Economics, Healthcare Administration or a related field
  • 1-3 years experience in business development, sales analytics, financial analysis, strategy, or related role.


Experience:

  • Operational expertise in a recruiting or staffing shared services environment, contributing to employee communications, employment marketing, and/or retention strategies


Annual Salary & Benefits:

$60,000 - $75,000 (exempt)
