Job DescriptionJob Description
We are seeking a Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer to support the development, integration, and verification of next- avionics systems. This role focuses on aircraft monitoring, cockpit display applications, and systems integration for advanced aerospace platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, integrate, and verify avionics systems and applications.
- Create and validate system and software requirements.
- Support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using Simulink.
- Integrate aircraft systems and ensure proper system functionality.
- Support environmental qualification and verification activities, including DO-160 testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with avionics systems and embedded systems.
- Hands-on experience with systems integration, verification, or requirements development.
- Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), preferably using Simulink.
- Experience with DO-160 environmental qualification and EMI/EMC testing
Qualifications:
- Experience with ARINC 661 and SCADE.
- Experience working with aircraft sensors such as Air Data, AHRS, or GPS.
- Experience integrating aircraft systems such as FADEC, landing gear, flaps, or cabin pressure systems.
