Note: This role is available as either a salaried or hourly position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on sprinkler systems.
• Complete service and deficiency repair lists, submitting them alongside the inspection documentation.
• Perform minor repairs and programming changes under authorized supervision.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address client needs efficiently.
• Adhere to a structured inspection schedule and complete assignments punctually.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• NICET II certification in Testing and Inspections is mandatory.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 50-70 lbs.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing systems and implementing necessary repairs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record; must be able to pass a background and drug test.
