Job DescriptionJob Description

A leading insulation company in the Southeast is seeking an Spray Foam Operations Manager to join our team! . As an organization, we pride ourselves on repeat business and developing lasting relationships with our customers, vendors and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Schedule and deploy crews on a daily basis for assigned projects
• Supervise field personnel
• Interface with builders, purchasing dept. staff, employees
• Responsible for coordinating overall production schedule
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Ordering material and machine parts, as well as invetory management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction a must - minimum 2 years 
• Previous experience in Insulation/Spray Foam a must - munimum 2 years
• Working knowledge of Spray Foam machines, parts and peices - minimum 2 years
• Ability to perform field takeoffs with accuracy in measurements
• Ability to read and understand plans, specifications and scopes of work
• Strong knowledge of construction industry and quality standards
• Ability to understand and comply to current building codes
• Strong leadership qualities - experience in managing, training and developing employees
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations (OSHA)
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Capable of handling multiple tasks within deadlines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Bilingual but not required - Spanish Speaking
• Builder background a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license - with 2 years minimum clean driving history, no DUI's.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
