Speech- Pathologist (Hybrid) in Spring

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBoomtown Therapy is currently seeking a skilled Speech- pathologist to join our team of professionals working in the schools for the 2026-2027 school year. Hybrid and supervisory positions are available. Hybrid: 1-2 days on campus with 3-4 days working remotely. 
Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for students who are referred for speech and evaluations in school settings.
• Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans and interventions to improve student's communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop appropriate strategies and accommodations to support students’ speech and needs.
• Administering a variety of standardized assessments to identify communication or disorders.
• Providing feedback and recommendations to parents and teachers about the results of the assessments.
• Collaborating with other members of the education team, including teachers, psychologists, and occupational therapists, to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of assessments.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in speech- pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Texas state license speech- pathology.
• ASHA (American Speech--Hearing Association) Certification.
• Experience working in school settings and conducting assessments is .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
