Title : Engineer II, IT Planning

Location : Queen Creek, AZ

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for successful planning, development and implementation of multiple enterprise scale IT systems across the organization in order to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Planning and management of IT equipment, infrastructure and systems
• Execute on investment & operational budget
• Support management of IT contracts and agreements, including accounts and payments
• IT Infra Operation
• Ensure stable operation and improvement of servers, software (SW), networks (N/W), databases (DB)
• Proactively identify and swiftly resolve system failures and implement countermeasures
• Communication Channel Control with parent corporate headquarters
• Local and corporate IT Issue Management
• Weekly/Monthly Reports on Issue Escalation and Resolution Status
• IT Asset Management, including Hardware, Software Asset Registration / Disposal Control, inventory
• Office & Factory IT Accessory Purchasing Support
• Common IT support functions and other activities, as directed

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of relevant work experience within manufacturing and/or construction industries
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relevant Engineering
• Bilingual skills, writing and speaking, in English and Korean required
• Technical Project Management experience
• Data Analysis Projects & Production System Projects Experience
• MES and SAP ERP System Setup Projects Experience

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support entire production team
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support and work with HQ and global sites
• MS Office tool-based report writing and oral communication skill
