We’re Hiring – Special Works Site Manager | Oxfordshire \n\nLocation: Oxfordshire\nSalary: £45,000 to £60,000 + Package (DOE)\n\nI’m partnered with a market-leading Oxfordshire-based main contractor who is looking for a talented Special Works Site Manager to join their dedicated division.\n\nThis is a unique opportunity to oversee a portfolio of smaller-scale yet high-impact projects predominantly within the universities and colleges of Oxfordshire, typically valued between £10,000 and £250,000, with responsibility for managing 3–6 live sites at any one time.\n\nIn this niche role, you’ll be involved from initial pricing right through to handover, playing a key part in the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will:\n\n✅ Have proven experience running multiple sites simultaneously.\n✅ Possess strong knowledge of the commercial aspects of construction projects.\n✅ Be confident in securing and managing subcontracts.\n✅ Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nIf you thrive in a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit.
