Canyon Ranch Tucson is seeking a dynamic Spa Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our world‑class spa. Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As the Spa Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the full spectrum of Spa Operations- including the Spa Desk, guest Locker Rooms, Pool Areas, and Metaphysical Department. You’ll lead and develop a diverse team, ensure flawless guest service, and maintain the highest standards of facility excellence. Your leadership will directly influence the guest experience and the success of the Spa.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams across Spa Desk, Locker Rooms, Pools, and Metaphysical services

Ensure consistent, exceptional guest service that exceeds expectations

Maintain a strong presence on the floor to support staff and guests

Manage scheduling, staffing, performance reviews, and colleague development

Oversee budgets, financial performance, and inventory

Partner with Facilities to maintain pristine, safe, and fully operational environments

Support new service development through ROI analysis and operational insight

Participate in the MOD program and collaborate with peer leaders

Qualifications
Minimum of an Asoociate degree or two-year equivalent specialized training or experience required. You are required to have an active CPR/AED/First Aid certification or acquire it within 90 days of employment. Additionally, you'll be required to have a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record.
