The Greer Group is recruiting for a Sourcing/ Procurement Specialist for our Pharmaceutical client located in Garner, NC!

Description:

• Nurture existing suppliers' relationship and add new suppliers across global target markets.
• Manage & Coordinate with team, thus ensuring timely completion of tasks and reducing workload/pending works.
• Review weekly progress of sourcing plan vs actual and devise tactics to ensure no gap in monthly achievement.
• Responsible for negotiating contracts for sales/purchases and managing, renewing and reviewing contracts as required enabling effective trading, operations, and customer/supplier relations.
• Responsible for relationship with the Key Suppliers.
• Manage/liaise with facility team members on inventory levels, stock control, warehousing and distribution activities etc.
• Work closely with logistics team and oversee that committed TAT is achieved.
• Coordinate with BD team on market expectations on product rate and negotiate with suppliers to support order conversion.
