Role and Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Solutioning:
Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Partner with the resource manager to prioritize backlog, provide effort estimates, and oversee project execution.
Technical Advisory & Oversight:
Serve as a bridge between business users and offshore/nearshore LCNC developers.
Ensure developers move beyond task execution and understand problem-solving and solutioning methodologies.
Stay engaged from ideation through delivery to ensure alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder Communication & Demos:
Conduct presentations and demos for C-level executives and business users.
Ensure clear and effective communication, particularly with Spanish and Portuguese-speaking stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Computer science is a plus
4+ years of relevant experience
Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect background
Proven experience in
LCNC development, business process automation, or Power Platform .
Strong problem-solving and technical requirement translation skills
Effective stakeholder management and backlog prioritization.
Ability to lead solution discussions and oversee project execution.
The salary range for this role is US$90,000 - US$130,000
