Solutions Architect - Corporate Payments\n\nMy client a leading global bank is looking for a Solutions Architect to join their global architecture team supporting Corporate Payments, Accounting Services, Liquidity Management and Commercial Card domains. This role focuses on aligning technology strategy with business goals, managing architectural risks, and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.\n\nThe role can be Chester or Bromley based (3 days onsite)\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDefine and deliver solution architecture aligned with business and technology strategy\nShape high-level architecture and adapt to evolving requirements\nCollaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and development teams\nEnsure non-functional requirements are met (e.g. security, scalability, performance)\nSupport agile delivery and architectural runway planning\nLead design reviews and resolve technical impedimentsRequired Skills:\n\nDeep domain expertise in Corporate Payments (essential) and related financial services\nStrong experience in API design, microservices, and integration platforms\nHands-on with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)\nFamiliarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes\nProven ability to work across SDLC models (Waterfall/Agile)\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nBroad IT knowledge: financial software, middleware, databases\nAbility to translate complex concepts for varied audiencesQualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field\nTOGAF 9 certification ()\nCloud Architect certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP ) \n\nIf this sounds like the right fit for you, please apply with your updated CV
