About the Role

As an AI Solutions Architect, you’ll bridge the gap between technical depth and client strategy. You’ll design, implement, and scale AI solutions that drive real outcomes — from concept to adoption. This role is ideal for those who thrive in ambiguity, love working across teams, and want to shape the next wave of enterprise AI adoption.

What You’ll Do

Pre-Sales: Discovery & Design

• Partner with Sales and Data Science to understand client challenges and business context
• Define success metrics, design solution architectures, and evaluate AI/data feasibility
• Create documentation, data flow diagrams, and organized collaboration workspaces

Post-Sales: Execution & Delivery

• Own customer success from kickoff to rollout
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions using ML, LLMs, and RAG
• Manage delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, and success metrics
• Facilitate UAT, deployment, and adoption milestones (30/60/90-day goals)

Operational & Strategic Excellence

• Codify best practices, frameworks, and reusable playbooks
• Ensure clear documentation and cross-functional alignment (Slack, JIRA, Confluence)
• Partner with Product and Leadership to shape roadmap priorities based on client insight

About You

• 6+ years in hybrid technical + client-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Engagement Manager, Customer Success, etc.)
• Strong understanding of applied AI, Data Science, ML, and GenAI (LLMs, Prompting, RAG)
• Proven experience delivering AI or data-driven solutions in consulting or startup environments
• Excellent communication skills for both executive and technical audiences
