About the role
- Title: Solutions Architect
- Function: Customer Success
- Reporting: Head of Delivery
- Location: Atlanta, GA (remote)
What youll do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to global enterprise customers on solution design, architecture planning, and technical implementation.
- Lead end-to-end deployment and integration projects across customer environments.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Provide hands-on guidance on technical integrations (e.g., Microsoft Teams, CRMs, archiving systems) and compliance configurations.
- Deliver ongoing Level 2 support for assigned strategic clients, managing escalations and ensuring operational continuity.
- Coordinate with Level 3 and Development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Perform hands-on testing, simulations, and validation to ensure solution integrity and readiness.
- Act as a liaison between Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to relay feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
- Contribute to internal solution libraries, enablement materials, and documentation.
- Collaborate with global teams to support multi-region deployments and enterprise accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar customer-facing technical role (e.g., DevOps, Pre-Sales Engineering).
- Strong background in system design, distributed architecture, and cloud- applications.
- Proficient in at least one object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, Python, Go); knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
- Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments; knowledge of Service Mesh (Istio) is an advantage.
- Solid command-line skills in Linux and scripting (bash or equivalent).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven expertise in cloud environments: Azure (), AWS, or GCP.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Highly self-motivated, curious, and solutions-oriented with a strong focus on execution and customer success.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, startup-like environments with global, cross-functional teams.
