Compensation: $110-140K OTE
About the Opportunity
As a Solution Engineering Lead you'll play a critical role at the intersection of data, sales, and customer success. You'll own the pivotal data validation and technical demonstration processes, previously handled by senior executives, empowering faster sales cycles and stronger enterprise relationships. You'll bridge the gap between deep technical expertise and customer-facing communication, becoming the go-to expert for solving complex data challenges and shaping the future of our product.
What You'll Do
Technical Sales & Customer-Facing Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to ensure their data use cases are being adequately met, and solve data problems systematically.
- Become a trusted advisor by confidently communicating data nuances, capabilities, and insights to prospects and enterprise clients.
- Quickly master and articulate the nuances of payer-provider contracting, demonstrating how our solution directly addresses specific client needs.
Data Validation & Analysis:
- Conduct rigorous data validations, comparing prospect-provided schedules with Trek Health’s data warehouse.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve cases of "data not found," proactively finding solutions or providing credible alternatives to customers.
- Evaluate unique customer contracting scenarios (e.g., localized Medicare-based contracting), assessing data feasibility and creating tailored solutions.
Technical & Process Improvement:
- Develop internal workflows to efficiently manage and prevent common data gaps and issues.
- Document data validation methodologies and findings, continuously improving repeatability and efficiency across processes.
Enterprise Customer Success:
- Collaborate closely with enterprise customers post-sale on strategic data initiatives, including integration of utilization data or development of specialized datasets.

About You:
- Excel expertise (9/10 proficiency).
- SQL proficiency (7/10 minimum) or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Experience with healthcare claims processing .
- Proven history of effectively presenting complex tools, strategies, or data insights in customer-facing settings.
