Solution Engineer/Project Manager

Serve as a liaison between the sales team and the technical team, understanding customer requirements and translating them into viable technical solutions. Collaborate with customers to gather and analyze project requirements, objectives, and constraints. Design and present technical proposals and solutions to customers, addressing their specific needs and challenges. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management. Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage project scope and deliverables. Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding project status and any potential issues or risks. Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams and clients to ensure smooth project implementation. Assist in post-project activities, such as customer training, documentation, and support. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to the solution engineering and project management field.
