YOUR TASKS
- Customer Engagement & Solution Consulting
- Understand and analyze customer requirements across the Americas, translating
them into tailored, innovative solution concepts for industrial clients and partners. - Provide technical and strategic consultation to new and existing customers,
evaluating both technical and economic feasibility in regards to implementing their
requirements. - Support product presentations, demos, workshops, and technical trainings—onsite
or at trade shows and industry events. - Act as a trusted technical advisor during the sales process, collaborating closely
with account executives to define and position suitable solutions.
- Understand and analyze customer requirements across the Americas, translating
- Solution Design & Implementation
- Take ownership of designing, implementing, and documenting customized solution
concepts—translating them into clear, customer-ready proposals. - Configure Kinexon products and integrate them into customer environments (e.g.,
via APIs, brokers, etc.). - Customize software using our low-code platform to address specific customer
needs.
- Take ownership of designing, implementing, and documenting customized solution
- Project Coordination & Delivery Support
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution—from
planning and coordination to milestone tracking. - Facilitate communication with stakeholders and contribute to project
documentation and quality assurance. - Prioritize tasks with internal teams including project managers, developers, and
product owners. - Support standups and workgroup meetings, identify action items, and remove
blockers to keep projects on track.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for someone who...
- holds a degree in Computer Science, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a
related field—ideally with a focus on manufacturing or logistics. - brings experience in backend/web development or low-code platforms like Node-RED.
- is proficient with Linux systems.
- has hands-on experience integrating systems via APIs, HTTP, MQTT, or Kafka.
- demonstrates strong analytical thinking, a solution-oriented mindset, and proactive
communication. - has approximately 4 years' experience in roles like solution engineering, technical
consulting, or product/project management. - shows a strong interest in emerging technologies such as IoT, UWB, Bluetooth, and
RFID. - excels at project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
- possesses a network—or a deep interest—in the industrial or logistics sector.
- engages confidently with clients in a consultative role.
- is open to occasional travel for on-site planning sessions.
