Job Description

Wireless Solutions Architect – 5G / Open RAN / vRAN Permanent \n We're hiring a Wireless Solutions Architect to help shape the future of mobile connectivity. This is a high-impact role focused on designing and delivering next- wireless networks using Open RAN, 5G Standalone (SA), and virtualised RAN (vRAN/xRAN) technologies. \n\n You’ll lead the architecture of scalable, cloud- RAN systems across diverse deployment scenarios, working with multi-vendor components and cutting-edge frameworks like O-RAN Split 7.2x.

From RF planning and system modelling to integration and performance optimisation, you’ll drive technical excellence across the full RAN stack. \n\n Architecting advanced wireless solutions (RU/DU/CU) for public and private 5G deployments \n Delivering secure, scalable, and interoperable network solutions that meet performance and compliance standards \n\n Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CNFs, and orchestration tools (Linux, Python, Ansible)\n Strong understanding of RF principles, Massive MIMO, beamforming, and network slicing \n Proven success in large-scale telecom deployments across multi-vendor environments \n\n If you're ready to lead the evolution of wireless networks and work on some of the most exciting telecom projects in the UK, please send your CV to caroline.
