Solar Warehouse Manager

Our team is seeking an experienced warehouse manager who takes pride in maintaining seamless, efficient, and highly organized solar operations.

Inventory Management

Track, receive, and organize solar equipment (panels, inverters, racking, etc.)

Manage reorder points and minimize material shortages

Ensure accurate inventory counts and system updates

Shipping & Receiving

Oversee incoming deliveries and outgoing job-site shipments

Inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage

Coordinate return processes for defective or excess equipment

Job Kit Preparation

Pull, stage, and label materials for upcoming installations

Verify that each install team gets the correct components

Facility Organization & Safety

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant

Implement safety protocols for storing and handling heavy or electrical equipment

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance

Vendor Coordination

Handle warranty returns or exchanges as needed

Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding order status, timelines, and issues

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of inventory, receipts, and deliveries

Assist in preparing usage reports or tracking installation trends

Maintain a high standard of productivity and accountability

Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly

Must use safety equipment per protocol

Must be able to operate warehouse equipment (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, safety cutter, etc)

Must be willing to work on your feet for long periods of time

Must maintain a professional attitude

Must be able to maintain continual improvement

Must be encouraging to the team and other staff members

Must be able to focus on internal customer service

General computer skills, required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required

High attention to detail, required

Previous warehouse experience,

strongly

OSHA 10 certification,
