Solar Technician - Multiple Locations

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Field Technicians to join one of our client. As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of solar panel systems. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of renewable energy and make a positive impact on the environment.

• Massachusetts: Pittsfield, Attleboro, Plymouth
  
• Pennsylvania: Philly
  
• Texas: Waco — Travel Tech (60–80%), Midland, Temple, Southern
  
• New York: Ithaca, Buffalo
  
• New Jersey: Lakehurst
  
• Indiana: Princeton
  
• Oregon: Eugene, Bend
  
• California: Banning, Lake Elsinore, Mojave
  
• Minnesota: Becker
  

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on solar panel systems,
  
• Diagnose and repair, troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions in the system
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently
  
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
  
• Keep accurate records of work performed
  

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with O&M works on Utility-scale solar farms or huge Commercial/industrial sites (1MW +)
  
• Experience with Central & String inverters
  
• Knowledge of AC, DC, and PV Systems
  
• OSHA certifications
  
• Valid drivers license
