Recon Corporation, is a solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contractor based in mid-Michigan, and we’re looking for a qualified project manager to successfully coordinate internal and external resources in the successful design and construction of the utility-scale solar projects in which we contract. We have projects in various states within the US; however, this position will be mid-Michigan based, and occasional travel may be necessary. This position is geared toward a senior level project manager – one who has been involved in the construction industry for at least five (5) years and understands how construction projects are built. You will be fully accountable to Recon ownership for the timely, safe and profitable construction of the project and be the point-person who ensures the proper resources are marshalled to build the project on-time, on-budget, and with the quality our customer's demand. You must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; juggle varying and constantly changing daily priorities; and be accountable for satisfying project objectives for stakeholders. Other necessary skills you must possess include the ability to communicate effectively with others; proficiency in the use of computer hardware and software technologies; ability to maintain financial forecasts on projects under your management; and have a superior attention to detail.
