What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Representative who understands the challenges of commission-based sales and is open to a 1099 self-employed position. While we acknowledge the demands of full-time commitment, we welcome serious candidates to explore the opportunity of transitioning to a Full-Time role. This role offers 100% commission with no limitations on your earning potential, allowing you to scale your efforts across residential, small commercial, or large commercial projects. Earning potential ranges depending on your ability to sell!
Position Description:
The ideal candidate should possess a foundational knowledge of solar energy. Responsibilities include pricing and modeling solar systems, understanding utility companies, and NEM rates, as well as the ability to interpret electrical bills. You should be adept at sizing solar systems accurately, determining the correct number of panels and wattage. Maintaining regular communication with homeowners throughout the project, including post-completion follow-ups, is crucial.
