Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for canvassing, prospecting and signing up new clients to go solar. Methods of canvassing consist of telemarketing, door to door, pop-up events etc.
*Sales Representatives who have strong experience in closing deals and hold an active HIS License will be provided with company appointments and qualified leads from our marketing team.*
If you are new to the solar industry, you will be starting as a "closer in training" and will be supported by an experienced sales consultant to assist you with your closes. On-going training will be provided for both closers in-training and closers.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Conduct lead activities such as canvassing, referrals, networking, telemarketing etc., to identify potential clients and create sales opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and improving overall performance.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report on progress.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong business development skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent sales abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce to manage client interactions.
