We’re building a solar sales organization and looking for both Setters and Closers to own territories in New Jersey.

The Opportunity:

• Own your territory completely

• Earn $50k-$100k+ annually (depends on role and performance)

What We Need:

Closers: Ability to close 10+ deals/month, sales experience, hungry mindset.

Setters: Strong phone skills, ability to set 20+ appointments/month, coachable

What You’ll Do:

• Closers: Knock doors, close homeowners on solar

• Setters: Phone follow-up, appointment setting, lead qualification

Compensation:

Commission-based. Closers $100k+, Setters $65k-75k+
