Commission Only - No experience required - Full Time - Door to Door Sales - Central Oregon

Sunpower Solar is expanding our Central Oregon team! We are looking for highly motivated, coachable individuals to join us in the booming residential solar industry. We are hiring for two distinct positions depending on your experience.

1. Lead Generators/Appointment Setters: (Entry Level) Perfect for high-energy individuals who love being outdoors and talking to people. No experience required; we will train you to succeed.

2. In-Home Sales Consultants (Closers): (Experience ) For the closers who know how to manage a pipeline, educate families on long-term savings and short-term benefits and confidently ask for the sale.

What you’ll be doing:
- Setters: Engaging with homeowners door-to-door, introducing the massive benefits of solar, and setting up appointments for our consultants
- Closers: Meeting with qualified homeowners, running energy savings consultations, overcoming objections and closing deals
