We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Solar Installer to join our team. In this role, you’ll help install residential solar systems while working outdoors with a team. No experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!

Solar Installer (Entry-Level / Jr. Installer)

Pay: $18–$26 per hour
Location: Rialto
Schedule: Part-time and Full-time (some weekends & overtime may be required)

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Solar Installer to join our team. In this role, you’ll help install residential solar systems while working outdoors with a team. No experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!

What You’ll Do

• Assist with installing solar panels on residential roofs
• Help with basic electrical wiring and setup
• Work safely at all times and follow safety guidelines
• Support your team to complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Provide a positive experience for customers

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn (training provided)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Work Environment

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Physical work including climbing, lifting, and bending
• Working on rooftops and in tight spaces (like attics)
