Job Posting: Experienced Solar Installers Wanted
Position: Solar PV Installer (Experienced)
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth
Pay: $25 – $38 per hour (DOE – Depending on Experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are a rapidly growing solar installation company committed to making clean energy accessible and affordable. We’re looking for experienced solar installers to join our team and help power homes and businesses with high-quality solar systems.

What You’ll Do:
• Install rooftop and ground-mount solar PV systems according to design specifications and safety standards
• Perform electrical and mechanical work including mounting racking, installing inverters, and wiring
• Conduct site assessments and quality control checks
• Work closely with crew leads and project managers to complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
• Journeyman license or Apprentice license
• 2+ years of hands-on experience installing residential and/or commercial solar systems
• NABCEP certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work at heights, lift 50+ lbs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes (NEC), roof safety, and solar best practices
• Reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools
• Team player with excellent communication skills
